Light Language Tips #2: Emotions, Nature, and Consistency.
Practical techniques for channeling light language, from honoring emotions to building a consistent daily practice.
Welcome to the “Light Language Tips” series.
In this series, I’m going to share with you some tips for channeling and integrating the language of light and applying it in your life.
Light Language is a universal way of communication and connection, also it is a powerful tool for working with energy. We are all able to perceive it and learn how to work with it.
#1: Listen to your emotions
Light language always touches our emotional strings, especially at first. When you begin channeling it, the process may become quite intense.
It happens because light language cleanses your field from blocks, including emotional blocks. At this point, you may feel sadness or fear, perceive many doubts, or sense apathy and confusion.
Don’t block these emotions; they are messengers, and this is a moment to listen to their message. We are able to channel so much information if only we listen to our emotions, all of them, without judging them and dividing them into “good” and “bad”. Let your emotions flow freely through your body.
Also, light language connects us to the frequencies of the divine love, the infinite perfection in form and without it.
We may perceive these frequencies as joy or happiness, but sometimes it may feel like ecstasy or an uncontrollable urge to laugh or cry.
This is how our body expresses higher frequency energies, and it is totally okay
and definitely beautiful; we just don’t use to feel this deep.
Receive and appreciate these emotions with love and compassion for yourself and your process.
#2: Connect to nature
Nature is a natural transmitter of light language, of pure light codes, accessible to everyone and connected directly to the Earth’s frequency, which makes them easier to understand and to connect with.
This is also a good way of integrating light language into your field and your body because our physical body is part of nature, of Mother Earth; it is made from the same elements of creation.
I always recommend beginning channeling light language with nature codes that you may perceive from plants, crystals, animals, and also from the sun, moon, and stars, connecting to the elements like water or fire, and so on.
#3: Write everything down
This is a great way to gain trust in your channeling, especially in the beginning when we all have doubts.
Also, it helps you to connect your light language with your mental body and your physical body, and begin to understand your channeling.
Take a separate notebook for your light language practice.
Every time you work with light language, write everything down in this notebook; it may be the transmissions themselves, as well as any thoughts, emotions, or images you perceive while channeling.
If you perceive any doubts or distracting thoughts, write them down too.
Don’t try to filter or judge what you wrote.
Maybe this information doesn’t make sense at this point, but over time, everything will fall into place
It may be just one word, but it does matter!
This is one of the most important keys to understanding your light language.
#4: Consistency and practice
Make Light Language your daily practice, connect with it for at least 5 minutes every day.
In this way, you’ll get used to it, your mind will learn to accept and integrate it, and then understand it, and your body will adjust and receive it with ease.
Remember, your light language will become clearer with practice.
So will your body and energy field because light language cleans and clears it.
Remember to sometimes re-read your notes and analyze the information you receive through your practice.
Practice makes a master.
When we learn something in this dimension, it takes time because we have bodies and minds, and they are directly connected to linear time.
The more you practice, the more conscious your channeling becomes.
I hope it was helpful for you. Have a beautiful day!
